We had a fun and busy weekend. We woke up first thing Saturday morning and had biscuits and gravy as a family. Troy had to work in Burley for a little while, so he loaded up all three kids and took them to my mom in Burley so I could get my Christmas shopping done (thanks mom)!! Then I headed to burley early evening and picked Troy up on the job site and we went to a boy's basketball game (Declo vs. Burley) to watch my cousin play for Declo JV and to watch my sister cheer for Burley varsity. It was a great time. Ori was really scared of the Bobcat (mascot), even made Grandpa carry him on his shoulders to go down for a potty break. But by the end of the game he went and had his picture taken with the mascot after watching his brother get his taken first.
Jaycee is so busy right now and isn't into the whole game thing, so she stayed home and kept Grandma busy while the rest of us went to the game.
Then on Sunday we had our annual Christmas party at Grandpa and Grandma Knopp's house. The family is growing so fast that it is a house full but we always have a great time with a TON of great food. Thanks to Perry and Marcy we also enjoyed a lot of fun games too. They are always thinking of everyone and always have great ideas to share with us. Then after the gift giving and games my parents had a big surprise for everyone as my dad pulled up in his truck with a trailer full of hay to go caroling. Everyone got bundled up (even Grandpa and Grandma) and we drove around the neighborhood making stops to sing to our friends and family. It was an awesome time and something we will remember forever. Thanks everyone for the fun day!!
