Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. Kayden decided he wanted to be a mummy, so we made his costume this year. It was actually a lot more time consuming than I thought it would be, but he was very patient and we worked together. We were both pretty happy with the way it turned out. He walked around all day practicing his walk with his arms straight out in front of him making this scary moaning sound. He was an awesome mummy.

Ori was Tigger this year. It was this awesome costume that we got from Costco. It was a one piece with a big head on top...so warm...and so cute. Perfect for Halloween in Idaho because it is usually pretty cold. He practiced hopping around all day just like Tigger. He really got into it.

Jaycee was Elmo. She wasn't sure how badly she wanted to wear the hood at first, but once we started visiting houses she thought it was pretty cool. She would run as fast as her little legs would carry her to keep up with her two older brothers. And she just giggled the whole time. So cute!!

We went to the Burley area to trick or treat to all of our family. Where the kids are still so young we like to take them to all the grandparent's houses. Grandpa and Grandma Knopp always have homemade popcorn balls (even the adults get one) and they are my favorite. Papa Clyde and Nannie Becky had a special little treat bag for each of the kids. We always end up and Grandma Lindsay's house and help her hand out candy and count the kids. She always has a ton of kids trick or treat to her house. It is has turned into a tradition to go there.

Then after a quick bite to eat we headed out to the Sugar Factory to see Papa Clyde because he was on night shift. It just isn't Halloween without seeing Papa Clyde. He even had a little treat in his pocket for each of them. Then we headed back to Twin and all three kids were asleep before we got home. It was a fun night.
