#2 Post from the weekend

Troy's older brother Eric just returned home from Iraq and came to Rupert to visit for a few days with his two kids, Kayla and Kody. We had lots of fun spending time with them. We pulled our fifth wheel down to Troy's mom's house and stayed there both Friday and Saturday night.

On Saturday afternoon after our reunion at Storybook Park, Dave took us all over to his friend's house to ride horses. The kids had a BLAST! Luckily the horses were older horses, because I was SHOCKED at how brave my kids were. Kayden rode one all by himself and Jaycee and Ori both took turns riding with people. Thanks Dave for the fun time!















Then we went back to my in-law's house and spent the rest of the evening and night with family. We got to spend some time with Thayne's son that we haven't seen for awhile. He is getting so big.






Then we played washers, spoons, boccie ball, sorry, ping pong, and phase 10. Deb made chicken and salads for dinner and then had a surprise cake and ice cream to celebrate Eric coming home. It was such a fun time and always nice to spend time with family.

Post #1 from our busy weekend

We had such a fun busy weekend with LOTS to share so I am going to split this up into three posts so I don't overwhelm.:)

On Friday night and Saturday afternoon we had our 10 year class reunion. For those of you who don't know, Troy and I graduated the same year from the same school. Better yet, we were voted "couple most likely to get married" in our senior class. So this was fun for both of us to go and see some of our friends we haven't seen in a while.

On Friday night it was for just the adults and we met at Morey's Steakhouse for dinner, entertainment, and socializing. It was weird and fun all at the same time. Here are a few pictures from our evening.
















After the event we went back to Scott Lynch's house and reminisced some more with old friends. It was a great evening.

On Saturday we met at Storybook park with our families and hung out for a while. It was fun to see every one's kids and to see a few more people who were unable to make it the night before. Here are a few pictures of our afternoon.
