The "OH MY HELL" moment of the day.

Yesterday there were actually two "OH MY HELL" moments of the day. The first wasn't quite so bad as the second. My kids were all out riding scooters and playing in the garage/front yard. I walked out the garage door to check on them and I hear the two boys say..."Uh oh, she is busted." I am thinking what in the world is my daughter doing to get that kind of response. I turn to walk out the door to the back yard and I see my daughter standing there, pants pulled to her ankles trying to pee like she just watched her older brother do. I couldn't help but laugh as I pulled her pants up and explained to her that girls can't pee outside like boys do.

The second one happened later in the day when I was putting Jaycee down for a nap. She feel asleep a lot quicker than she normally does (or so I thought that was the case.) I went to check on her and this is what I found......

Brand new tube of destine all over everything including her and the carpet. Let me add that this is the "creamy" type that doesn't wipe off easily. WHAT A MESS! Man, would my life be boring without my amazing kids! :)

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The good.....

The new signs that Derek and Troy made for their business. They are HUGE and turned out awesome!!

The bad.....

When unloading a couple of the new signs, one of them slipped and pinned Troy's head between the sign and the metal trailer. Crushing both his eye and his nose. These pictures were only an hour after the incident and are already showing swelling and bruising....OUCH!

That is probably going to be pretty UGLY looking in the morning, but As good looking as Troy is he will be able to pull the look off! :)

Birthday Parties

This last weekend we celebrated two birthdays. Since we knew it was going to be such a busy weekend I planned a couple months in advance for my mother-in-law to keep the kids this weekend. They were so excited to go to Grandma Cantrell's house that they asked every day how soon, how soon. It was nice to know that they were well taken care of and to know that I could enjoy myself and not worry about them. Thanks Deb for all your help, the kids enjoyed every minute they spent there! Love Ya!

So Friday after running the kids to Rupert I came home and got ready for my birthday dinner. We went out to a La Fiesta for dinner with our closest friends. Then we went dancing. It was such a good time.

Saturday we headed to Jackpot for a surprise birthday party for my brother-in-law's 30th birthday. We meet up with all of our friends and family to surprise Adam and then hung out there all night, dancing and playing before we headed home on Sunday.

It was such a fun filled weekend. Thanks everyone who helped me celebrate my birthday! I love ya!

Bridal Shower and Prom

Ran to Burley this weekend to help give a bridal shower for my cousin's fiancee. And I know this is going to be hard to believe, but I forgot to take my camera with me. We had a great turnout for the shower with lots of wonderful gifts and yummy food.

Saturday night we stayed at my parent's house and Troy, Dad, Mom, and I laid the floor in dad's new office. Troy also did all the casing around the windows and doors. It is getting closer to being done and is looking awesome. I will have to get some pictures of it the next time I am there.

Saturday night was also Prom for Abbie. She looked so amazing and the next morning she told us all about how great of a time it was. She was in a group of like 26 or something like that and she said it was so much fun. Here area a few pictures of her all dressed up.
